Mark Mitchell (The Angel)
(Board Member)

Mark Mitchell is an active member of the local Angel community, as Managing Director & Screening Committee Chair for Delaware Crossing Investor Group (DCIG), and a screening committee member with Ben Franklin Technology Partners. He also volunteers his time to mentor/advise numerous student startups, including with the Keller Center at Princeton University and Temple University. Mark spent 21 years with Tyco International as an Operating CFO for various local and international operations. He has Commerce and Law degrees from UNSW in Australia and an MBA from INSEAD in France.

Mireya Valdez (The Marketer)

Mireya Valdez has background in Marketing and Advertising, with an international degree in Business Management, providing the perfect balance of skills to have a dual role in the Board. Mireya serves as Board Member in multiple Marketing Agencies where she helps companies get access to talent and accelerate growth using integrated inbound marketing strategies. Mireya believes all marketing efforts should have clear, measurable business objectives, she strives to find the right combination of marketing strategies and activities that will deliver each client a defined ROI.

Jamey Edwards (The Sensei)

Jamey Edwards is a serial entrepreneur,having founded or co-founded companies in the hospital management, physician outsourcing and telemedicine space. He is currently the CEO of Cloudbreak Health, a leading unified telemedicine company currently performing over 130,000 encounters per month in over 1,900 healthcare venues nationwide. He graduated as a Tradition Fellow from Cornell University in 1996 & received his MBA from Cornell's Johnson Graduate School of Management in 2003. Jamey keeps working to disrupt healthcare from the ground up and drive positive change for patients and providers.
